I am always fascinated by property returns. Who don’t want to make money anyway?

Lately, there are a number of condominiums that are obtaining it TOP. Most of them are launched 3-4 years ago before Convid-19.

I have attached the profitable transaction for JADESCAPE, GRANDEUR PARK RESIDENCES, STIRLING RESIDENCES and TWIN VEW for your references.

Most if not all of them are profitable with the highest record for a 2,099sqf in Jadescape with $787,000 of profit in less than 3.5 years of holding period!

So what does all these number mean to the layman?

  1. There is a demand for newly build condominium as supply is low now.
  2. It mean property can make money if you enter at the right entry time.
  3. Now is also a good time to exit and cash out at the peak of the curve.

Btw, we are always told to buy. But hardly anyone tell us to sell. So don’t say I never share with you to take profit and exit.
