KAP mall is la freehold mall located next to King Albert Park MRT station. The previous mall used to house the popular MacDonald’s and a Cold Storage supermarket that is popular with the residents in Bukit Timah. Unfortunately, the new mall is a shadow of its past. The sellers apparently bought the unit from the developer at $2.77million for a 495 sqf retail space on the ground floor. This work out to be $5,600psf. Apparently, it was sold in Sept 2018 at $2 million or a 38% decline in value.
